NAMASTE!  My name is Preety 

At one point of time, my life was filled with chronic stress and worry. I felt incapable of dealing with daily life-situations. I called my life “A ROLLER-COASTER “ back then.

​

Through practices of Yoga & Meditation, I was not only able to reduce my stress, but could also flow through my days with joy and effortless-ease. 

 

Born and brought up in a traditional Indian family, my spiritual journey started pretty soon. However, my professional journey began in 2017 when I went to Kerala for a Yoga Teacher’s Training Course at Sivananda Yoga And Vedanta Center. I served as a yoga teacher in Sivananda New-Delhi Center for four years. I shifted to the U.S.A in 2020 and continued serving in Sivananda New-York Center.

Shifting to the U.S.A. was a big transition. While the whole world was busy making sense of the “NEW-NORMAL” that Covid led us into, I was no exception. This was when I started questioning My Life-Purpose (Dharma) and got my answer in serving through Teaching Meditation. Next few months, I was busy pursuing my certification from one of the pioneers, Deepak Chopra Center. I’ve taught many people how to manage stress using this miraculous practice of  Meditation.

 

Understanding mechanics of body- mind, reading spiritual texts, and teaching what I had learnt I was able to embrace these skills slowly but gracefully into my life taking one small step at a time. My work is a combination of all the tools I have acquired so far. It is my both my purpose and passion to share these teachings with you as I sincerely believe, we already have what we are looking for in the outside world.
